I wanted to put up some adverts on my website for darkspace is it ok with the copyright and everything?

You are ok to advertise so long as you stay within your legal boundaries.. These are mostly common since things....
For example you could not advertise ANTI DarkSpace ads because you are then infringing copyrights by using the DarkSpace name in a malicious manor.
Also a note.... I do not believe that Faustus would mind you deciding to advertise  after all we need more people. “Respectfully speaking.”

I could probably make an inappropriately sarcastic and mockful joke here.
(: But yeah, it'll be difficult to advertise if you can't use the name, and last I checked the copyrights/trademarks etcetera pertain only if you try to claim the name as your own or something. Like, I can't make a game and call it DarkSpace, or write a book called DarkSpace (exact way) because it's protected or something.

i have advertised Darkspace on another game i play.

It is called Astro Empires and a lot of people play it.
So hopefully, any clicks could lead to a new player
