I just found out that Sky One, Two, Mix, News & Sky Sports News are being removed from service. This means that Stargate, Battlestar, 24 & Lost etc are not going to be viewed on terrestrial TV ! I have to buy a Sky dish & box. This comes into effect this week.
If I ever meet Rupert Murdoch or Richard Branson, I'm gonna throw a serious hissy fit & beat on thier luv spuds.
My parting statement to them would be, "I will sleep well at night dwelling on the thought that I havent paid to see Sky TV channels in 3 years & the remaining half bottle of Jack Daniels to ease the boredom. Go forth multiply! & Lost was well rubbish!"

I was browning my pants when I head NTL were taking over Telewest, considering they're the best Cable broadband provider in the UK, and NTL is the worst... Then Virgin decides to take over NTL?
BAH!
I've had nothing but problems with the new "Fair useage policy", and at night my typical ping is 80-100 to bbc.co.uk. I rang them up, and they said there was a problem and they'd have it fixed within the week though, so fingers crossed. They may actually have a so-so CS department (unlike NTHell).

Thats all very well but Sky offer a cheaper and faster internet package as well. Many are going to the darkside...........Urchin Media needs to pull its thumb out. On the website alone there is over 2500 email complaints for the Sky One issue. The other 30 million viewers do not believe it yet.
