They're completly different types of games. The only two things in common are:
1) It's set in space.
2) You fly ships.

I must say that it is like Jack says they are different types of games.
I also agree with sanity in that it does get boring after 30 or so minutes, I made the big mistake of subbing on there for a month and although it was nice to be able to get better ships it takes ages to be able to get/use them because there is so much stuffing around required to get the required skills.
I thought it was quite interesting that Eve has like a commentary when they have events, sort of like watching a game of baseball from 3 miles away, you know there is something going on but what it is you cant really be 100% sure.
Blue are you taking over where Goth has left off in the posting of stupid things? I only ask this because what you started this thread with is really not very good at all. Keep trying though it sometimes takes some time to gt your mind into gear

the engine used in EVE is much better mind you. i used to play it 2 years ago and was subbed for 3 months. I got bored yes but more confused and bored that theres so much to do u just cant be assed doing it.
apart from that its an ok game.
