and there were only about 3-5 on us at any given time last night too...
Just FYI, those EDs are why i have been pilotting the assault Corvette lately. It doesnt kill EDs, but it runs them off in a big hurry.

UGTO MV fighting atm:
2 - 6 Stations mostly Battlestations, 4 - 10 smaller ships ranging from scout to Dread approach planet in group. stop. sit. Fire QSTs at planet. Various Enemy scouts, supplies, engineers, and Frigates explode to much LOLing and RFOLing on UGTO side. Eventually an Enemy ship gets up the courage to jump out into the midst of this group of Yahoos........invariably resulting in more QST fire and the death of 2 - 6 UGTO scouts, supplies, engineers, and Frigates.......followed by yet another round of LOLing and RFOLing, with a Smattering of WTHs, and WTFs Enemy dreads are spawned and jumped out to sit underneath the UGTO QST Machines while the UGTO scouts, supplies, engineers, and Frigates Shoot hell outta the QST Machine in an effort to kill said Dread. Said Dread explodes.......Rinse....Repeat. UGTO QST Machine (now heavily Damaged) Opens WH, Retreats(usually leaving it's entourage of scouts, supplies, engineers, and Frigates to their own means) only to be besieged by a flow of Newbies in Supply ships Screaming "I saw him first !! YOU get your own!"
From time to time the UGTO QST Machine will return after repairs are made (not having been told by the scouts, supplies, engineers, and Frigates it left behind) to find itself alone......except for about 8 highly aggitated Enemy ships.
Sometimes we'll even capture a planet too!

Its rejuvenating to watch a planet with 175% shields on them and 19 def to receive the equivalent of 4-5 volleys of 40 fighters per volley of an Agie one right after the next at the said planet. Lono do you really think it does so much damage to the planet that it will cause more than a dent in the over all ICC quest?
