just kidding. Honestly it randomly appeared after a forum crash. Probably part of the forum code that is supposed to be REMed out(not executed when the page is run), but was never did. Odd it doesn't throw an error, or anything.
It could also be a print statement for some random debugging purpose.
In short: nothing important.

I told Shig about this about a year ago, it's been fixed in beta for quite some time but the website is only updated usually when a major patch is released.
