i noticed it when i try'd to log in on lunch time. thats 10:00 GMT/UTC
(localy 12:00 -01:00 to UK + -01:00 spring time = 10:00 GMT/UTC)
most likely you all were still asleep since that would be:
7 AM EDT
6 AM EST CDT
5 AM CST MDT
4 AM MST PDT
3 AM PST
so no wonder you americans mist it.
