Jack if intend to do this for 2 months than it would be beter to consider Voip, like PC to PC or other sort.
or if you want to go pro and expensive.
Buy for your self and maby your girlfriend a power-PDA with GSM functions. (p.s. no blackberry.)
Get a GPRS Access abbonement. i recomend atleast 500mb if you intend to trough away your GSM. (I personaly use a 3 Gig abbo and my gilfriend a 1 Gig.)
With this you can stay online for like 24/7 depending on battery load.
Watch your e-mail, make phonecalls with a bluetooth headset and voip software (e.g. voipbuster), msn, sms, and more.
