okay i have tryed what cold said and the computers are not letting me access .cpl files on the school computers. i was somehow able to access the search function one time and searched for all pictures and found the location of where the picture was stored, renamed my picture to its name and overwritten the ugly background. but alast when i restarted the computer and typed my user name and password on the load screen showed my new picture but when the icons appeared it when back to the ugly wallpaper. after this happened i just had some fun with it by opening the ugly wallpaper with MSpaint and having my way with it writing "I Pwned Joo" and scribbled out there crest. when i rebooted and logged in there was my lovely altered ugly background but alast when the icons appeared it changed back to the original ugly background.

This is not the venue to ask about cracking school computers.
