That would be a given...
However I do realize a select few are doing alot behind the scenes.
But still, it wouldn't take 5 minutes out of the day to let someone know they are working on something.
Yet they do not do that very thing that would save some of the player base.
Things go down for hours when it's been repeatedly suggested to take on more people to handle it and they have the people waiting to do it.
If they were concerned about bad PR, then my suggestion is a very simple one. If they were so concerned, why do they not do anything?
