A few weeks ago, I was online playing, and the cable went out. I live in an apartment, and the cable box is right outside my window for the whole building. WoW Cable was servicing my neighbors cable. When they left, even tho I had cable, I couldn't connect on anything. So after some digging around, I realized the dill hole hooked ME up to WoW. Only problem is, I have Comcast and Comcast hardware. DOH!
Anyways. Comcast comes out, fixes everything fine, but for some reason left the cover off the box.

Well we been storming pretty good the last few days up here. I mentioned to my wife last night that I wondered if they ever re-covered the box. She said they didn't, and in fact the cover was now gone. The Albanian family next door had been evicted, and when they were getting all their junk out of the basement, she said she saw one of them grab this big metal cover. Apparently, they decided it made a good box, and packed up some stuff with it. Can u believe that? lol

Anyways, I called the cable company last night, relayed all this to her, and I think I made her night. She thought it was hillarious, and she said she shot me to the very next available slot for service. So they will be here Sunday between 8 &10. Kinda sucks, but I'll be at my mom's b-day party all day anyways, hanging with the family. So I may be on tonight for a short bit, although it will be in and out. I seem to get about 30 secs of decent connection, before discoeing for about a min and a half. So I'll be in and out. But Sunday all should be back online, and I'll be in the MV re-learning to walk.
