When you read these articles, take note of the design of the new chassis. Do they begin to resemble something we know...?

The aircraft model in the article is known as the High Speed Civil Transport (HSCT). It was true that NASA was actually working on making it quieter than other high speed aircraft. Each turbine had sound suppression systems the size of a bus

Looks like the new UGTO ECCM shuttle we can mod to replace our fighters.
