Q: How many {removed} Administration officials does it take to change a lightbulb?
A: None. There is nothing wrong with the light bulb; its conditions are improving every day. Any reports of its lack of incandescence are a delusional spin from the liberal media. There is no shortage of filament. That light bulb has served honorably, and anything you say undermines the lighting effect. Why do you hate lightbulbs?
*NOTE* This is not a political statement.... just a small bit of humour... Since I am a person in the US Military I can say things like this...

an american, a canadian, and a spaniard are on safari, when they get captured by a local tribe of barbaric natives. they tell the three men that they are going to make canoes out of their skin, but that they may choose whichever way to die.
the american says "i want to kill myself with a knife." so the natives give him a knife, and he stabs himself.
the spaniard says "i want to kill myself with a gun." so the natives find themselves a gun, which the spaniard shoots himself with.
the canadian says "i want a fork."
"a fork?" say the natives. "why a fork?"
"you said any way i wanted, i want a fork."
the natives shrug, find a metal fork, and hand it to the canadian.
the canadian takes the fork and begins stabbing himself repeatedly, yelling "you ain't making no damn canoe outta me!"

First I am on a "Training" operation... should be back soon.... two I am sorry if I offended any rules, since Nax nipped my post in the bud somewhat...
I figure it was ok to say this since I am a Bush supporter in the first place... I posted it since it too reminded me of the Iraqi PM and his "There are no Americans in Bagdad" speech.
I am a Military Police Officer with extensive small arms/crew served weapons experiance. I work with a Helicopter Squadron which is CSAR/SpecOps capable... (CSAR = Combat Search And Rescue).

It's not a bad joke, but, not naming the specific administration makes it less specific - less political. And, my opinion, you hear the same sort of explanations from *every* political administration for *every* nation.
Heck, I've waffled like that in Corporate America.
