It's be nice to have an easy way to tell at-a-glance what how different planets affect max buildings, resource/pop/farm multipliers, etc, and what the various buildings do, without having to look back here...
Even if it's a simple link to a page that has all te stats and stuff. You'll need a help guide eventually.

The Planet Overview will eventually have a section on it that gives the planet differences.
It's a work in progress so bear with me while I tinker with various things. And keep up with all the good suggestions
As a side note:- The new base output for a planet gives a good indication of whats its farming/res output will be like in the Overview. I'll add in a population growth display on this soon as well.
*Edit*
Ran a whole series of test turns and the new system is working nicely. Once I add the upkeep costs in then things should be pretty sweet.

i have just finished implementing the starvation and ship upkeep code. This might cause some planets to lose all population.
If this happens it is enitrely the players fault and I am not currently planning on implementing a recolonisation feature.
Explanation of Starvation:-
If you run out of food you will lose population each turn. This loss is distributed evenly across all planets and is NOT distributed according to the population of each planet.
If you have 10 planets and you are short by 30 food then you will lose 300 population in total, 30 from each planet.
This will hit planets with low population MUCH harder than planets with high population as these planets will be slower to recover. If a planet loses all population then you might lose control of it.

does starvation occur when you get negative food income each turn, or once the food stockpile is depeleted?
Also, could we get a list of the upkeep rates?
btw... i have 2 medium planets now
and yes, an adjustment in the turn timer could be helpful since you can barely do anything once the timer is depleted.... i can go on once a day and build a few planets and that was it then....

Starvation only occurs when your stockpile runs out.
The upkeep rates are shown in the Ships Production screen.

how does ship production work? when i scout or build it says i have 104 Pu (it says i need 100 to build scouts) so i fugre "woo, can build scouts not". but apparently when i go to ship production screen my Pu gets cut in half, so i cant build scouts nemore

i was also wondering, is there going to be another way to make credits besides apparently taxing people, cause having to wait for credits so i can build and not being able to do anything to increase income is kinda bothersome -.-
