- Fighter control code has been rewritten to use much less CPU time.
- Change fighter-to-fighter collision, so fighters will stop going inside each other.
- Add code so most cannons will fire 5 shots instead of just one shot.
- Made some major changes to how damage information is queued and sent out to the clients. Before, any amount of damage would cause a packet to be sent out to all clients in the area. This was causing problems, since the cannons can create lots of damage information to be routed. Damage is now queued and merged, then sent out every 1 second to optimize network and CPU usage.

the new cannon code has destroyed any semblence of balance between the UGTO and ICC dreadnaught class ships - please see my post in the 'Bugs' forum.
