I've readjusted the res lost calculation, guess I was being a little to harsh with the calculations..

res lost = (ship value / 100) * (rank * 0.1)

This means a dread, now worth 2,000,000 in value, would cost a fleet admiral ~55 prestige if destroyed.

A cruiser would cost a captain ~7.5 prestige.
