Added a Sensor Base, Anti-Sensor base, and interdictor base to the structures an engineer can build.

senario:
ug cap all icc planets except one place the indicator base on it.
jump cap it back is impossible.
try to fly 10 elite troups 1000 gu into a planet with icc shild, anti-sensor base, interdictor base , 10 ug base defence.
even backed by 3 ships plus sensor ships this will be almost impossible.
now there is a need for a realy heavy heavy transport both on ugto and icc.

you could use a few sensor scouts to "cloak" a whole fleet .. could work with several activated ecms , each sensor scout has 2
teamwork

no mater how much ecm you have i have tryed with 2 sensor frigates , if you get in orbit range of enm planet defence bases see you 4 x ecm or not.
and they can intercept (fire) thrugh planets to ,so even if you attack from the side with no defence it you can´t fire the bombs.
BTW KC: some players function good as a team but i dont think you are the right person to talk on that subject as many other players than you are

Last night I was playing on Four Corners and had a group of 6 people jumping around as a team. Three cruisers, a destroyer, a missle dread and a supply ship... and we were taking out Battle and Carrier Dreads that had two cruisers and a destroyer for backup. It worked quite well, that teamwork idea..
Of course, eventually the enemy realized they were dying about 4 times as much as us, and then they started to work together. It got a little harder at that point... but it was still loads of fun, with everyone coordinated in attacking so well. Most fun I've had in such a long time!
