Can I take the RoC and post it on my page? Newbies would be very advised to read the RoC so they know the rules, etc.

Why don't we make a table of contents for it? I know that, in theory, you're supposed to read the entire thing, but that licence agreement or whatever will realistically get about 1% of the people reading it... So why not have a small ToC on the top to link (mainly) to the behavior area. That way its harder to have an excuse not to have read it.

I think the RoC should get an own button in GameCQ or better the left side (which is non-scrollable) should get an own bar in GameCQ.
