Fixed the syncronization problem once and for all hopefully. Basically, each control packet is marked with a sequence, if the control packet attempts to execute but a new one has already arrived and been executed, then it's ignored.
The problem was with the fact that differing control packets were sent with the same control sequence, thusly old packets were being executed or some packets were being dropped that should not have been.
