I know some people are going to complain, but I felt this will work okay.

I changed the code so you can now view any object your ship or team can currently detect. This means you can target a enemy ship and hit "C" to get a close up view of the ship. The same goes for planets as well. However, if you lose the ability to detect the object, then your camera will snap back to your ship.

I fixed the code concerning targeting a structure or unit on a planet which your currently viewing with the camera. The view now rotates correctly when you click on a structure or unit.

A good addition to the target-camera-view would be to pop up an info window showing what that ship is carrying, ie. for a transport the # of holds filled with what commodity, etc. This would make for an easier time for those commanding a group of ships - and maybe reduce the dialog clutter.
