Fixed another dead-lock problem with the socket code... this time, I ran my new version through some testing before putting it up, seemed to be working fine.
This dead-lock would basically, lock up all communications with the clients, leading to a mass disconnect of all clients due to the server thinking they were dead connections.
Anyway, I apologize to everyone about the messed up patch situation last night, I truely thought the code was stable as it tested GREAT in beta.. I think it's really stable and working well now, hopefully I won't have to patch it again until 1.482 is ready.

I heard this was the last patch for two weeks until 1482 comes out.
hee hee!
Thanks for all the overtime, Faustus and Co. I really don't mind beta-testing stuff in open. It's the only way to get people to really hammer your code I guess. Plus, I can compare the new version directly to what I was doing previously because I can get all the same ships, etc. The down side is when you have a bug that gives everyone 10 million credits for turning the ships in, but that wasn't a disaster. Just don't screw up prestige!

Technically, it was our (online Staff's) fault, considering Faustus asked on staffsend if he should release the Code... we know better than to allow rush-release code when we are given the opportunity to slow it down.
My bad.
