I added 2 new ranks above Fleet Admiral...
"Grand Admiral" requires 81920 prestige... and
"Chancelor" requries 163840 prestige..
Given the current number of players with atleast 163k prestige, that will mean we will have about 8 chancelor's when the new version comes out.
If anyone can think of better names, or ranks above chancelor, please let me know.. 
In Addition, I've added 2 new stats that will be tracked now, Missions Completed, and Missions Failed, currently you get +1 prestige for each completed mission, and -1 prestige for each failed mission. Those numbers will likely change as we beta test the code and determine what exploits exist.

OKay, you coul have Minister Of Defense, below chancellor... if we're going to get into government titles...
As for an UBER UBER dread  howabout a mega dread that could launch AI scouts or frigates in addition to fighters. I got it! a mobile shipyard! that would be awesome, a mobile spawn point.
