Just giving everyone a heads up on the next update to beta....
Firstly, I'm having to rewrite and redo some of the server backend code, due mostly to trying to cleanup, simplfy, and fix some of the remaining syncronization, lag, and intelligence issues with the new server backend. This is turning out to be quite a task to be honest, and it may take another week to fully finish my current changes sadly.
However, the fixes I'm making to the server backend will be well worth the time it's taking. Data between servers is now coalesed properly (meaning we don't send 20 copies of the same thing), prioritity levels for different data has been implemented now, and more improvements. Ultimateltly, the ideal is to make things better (not worse) and I think the code is certainly heading in that direction.
Anyway, back to work... and I'll keep everyone informed on my progress.
