Changed the UGTO Interceptor Frigate...Replaced one of the torpedos with an IT missile, to make this ship a bit more effective for the newbie.

Removed the blue rings from the jump effect, left the red rings, but I think the blue ones just didn't look that good.

Removed 1 IT missile from the UGTO defense base.
