Added code to check if a ship being damaged is within 2k of it's own jumpgate. Once within 2k, this is considered the safe zone, attacking a ship within the safe zone will be treated as friendly fire.
Fixed a bug in which prestige was not given for damaged caused by their own fighters. This also fixes the problem with fighter projectiles being treated as neutral and shown in yellow.

But what is whith Gates near planets? like Sag hotta or neptun or Sol system? (earth and luna)

Just reduced the area to 500gu from 2k, this should be better.

Hmm... cannot say i like this, i was in a battle near Emny or so and the gate is really near, the battle moved to their gate...thats how i got so much ff, defense platforms would be much better. Shooting at the nme with missiles and he escapes into the safe zone and get hit is really bad for the own prestige.

Just fix the systems by moving the jump gates. Defense platforms wont do much more than regular plantary defenses.

Any damage done by defense bases doesn't go into anyones stats, so don't worry.
We are moving any jumpgates to close to planets out over the next few days, so don't worry.

The "turning normal fire into FF within range of JG" is pretty hard,
but why for damaged ships and not for undamaged ones ?
For what reason isn´t it allowed to chase damaged ships down until
the end ? And new spawned ships can be attacked like normal ?
