The ban and kick moderator options are no longer IP based, now they use a fingerprint from the client trying to connect. This means, when a player is banned, even if they disconnect from their ISP and get a new IP address, they still remain banned from GameCQ.

Additionally, servers can be banned now. Moderators can ban and kick servers from the game list.
