i have a fleet. but the issue is that the server WONT let me send invites nor allow players to apply. keeps saying "Error , your not in a clan" and "Error , Clan does not exist"
can anyone explain any of this ?

You cannot invite people with a command. People cannot join if they do not have a valid email address.
Most likely the two problems you are having.

Just tell them to type /clan join
