So Jbud... how about an event where low level like us :cry T_T have a fighting chance to own those rare enhancement.
How about scout battles. 
or make the event at Roger Rift. and kill Pirate station. who is fastest to kill it without plats and planet defense wins. Time battle.

Make one up yourself.
Make sure it's a doable event, You only have what you have now to work with, ask Staff if you want anything else but they'll give at their discreation and above all make a bloody decent storyline that isn't 5 lines going zomg someone got attacked lets go.
Otherwise go for it!

As Slinki said, there's nothing stopping anyone else from doing an event.. JBud is just the only one who bothers to put in the time to do so right now.
If you want to do one, just make a thread, like he does, and talk to staff; we'll get an event listing posted and maybe give prizes (though not always) and then off you go.
