5th WKA competition.
Competition date: Now – Monday July 16th 2007 10:00 PM EST
Prize: Palestar has made some donations and have added some coupons to show their support to us for trying to help the people in the community and Darkspace. The first set of these coupons will be handed out with this competition.
3rd place 2.5 million credits and 3 day subscription
2nd place 5 million credits and 5 day subscription
1st place 10 million credits and 10 day subscription
Of course I am always capable to hand out more prizes depending on the quality of work and the amount of people that get involved with the competition. So in other words I am not limited to only handing out 3 prizes.
ALL are welcome to play. This includes staff as well. Absolutely no one has the advantage in this competition.
Only rules are what are listed in the description. Just try to stick to the content of the competition.
This competition is to help get the word out for Darkspace, while giving you something in return. After players mentioning that Darkspace needs more advertising, we thought who better to make the ads than the people who love the game! Entries will be judged on aspects such as uniqueness, contrast, appeal, and informational. Images can include fan art that you draw yourself or screenshots you take in-game. Please do not include fleet tags or material that is not related to the game. It would be a good idea to list the URL for Darkspace, cost per month, etc… The main idea for this is to allow people to be able to use this material for signatures for their emails, other forums (outside of Darkspace), personal websites, myspace, etc…
RULES:
1.) There are 3 entries allowed per person. If you choose more then 3 numbers the entries past 3 will be discarded in the judging. It doesn’t matter if you submit 1, 2, or 3 entries you are only going to be entitled one prize however the more entries you have obviously the better chance you have in winning.
2.) Image Requirements:
Sizes:
728 x 90
468 x 60
125 x 125
180 x 150
200 x 200
... or anything that will fit in a forum signature with in reason.
3.) File type: gif, png, jpg
To help boost the involvement a little this is how the prizes will be handled. The prize amounts will not change however if there isn’t a lot of involvement then fewer prizes will be handed out.
3rd place will be handed out no matter how many entries there are.
2nd place will require 10 entries.
1st place will require 15 entries.
Also please keep all the unnecessary post reply chatter to a minimum as this will make my job a little easier in the end when trying to view them all. Good luck with the competition and if there are any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
I am always accepting donations both in credit form in Darkspace and in money form from donations made to Paypal. You can sent the Paypal payment to me though our website link or directly at my email address challengerds@gmail.com
100% of the donations made will go towards the Darkspace competition and for accountability purposes if any donations are made I will post the donator and the amount on our website. I will not post their names upon request.
