Okay we might be late a week or so but thats what you get when Life catches up on ya 
First of all thank you all for participating, it was hard to judge the entry's since we had a lot of great pieces.
However after getting the votes on only a few can win *sometimes more than you think*
next to the winners i will post the link in their names to their entry's so you can all see what exactly won a prize, I will also post ONE random comment from a judge next to the entry so you folks can see what we liked about them.
anyways without further adue here are the results of the wallpaper contest
The results are as followed.
1st - 14 day Coupon
Barth3zzz - "Not sure what the point is of having a shot of the Dictor like that, but Barth sure makes 'em purdy "
2nd - 7 day Coupon
on a shared second place are
Meko - "Really well done. I even gave it a 5 despite my hatred of K'luth. Hope he makes some other faction themed ones for kicks"
Spaceflower - "very nice.. this one made sure the icons on the desktop would have enough room "
3rd - 100.000 Credit coupon
And on the Third place we have
Achilles de Flanders - "yet another one that tells the DS story well... nicely made"
Now as for the bonus prize for the winners *and perhaps some of entry that didnt make it in the Top 3*
I am gonna try and get the papers up to the Download section of the site *it can use some new blood* now hows that for a bonus

Oh... this was such a surprise, I, I didn't even dare to hope. *sob* I would like to thank the jury of the Event™ It is such an honor *hulk* My family for suporting me.. specially my mom for giving my that C-64 for christmas so long ago, it has really inspired me. My friends for not leaving me though i harldy never leaves the computor and finaly my CO workers for not complaining (too much) at me for playing at work.. *sob* I, I, I'm overwhelved.. Thank you! I love you soo much.

no offense to bart or anything but his pic hardly looks like a wallpaper more like a skimatic then anything. Bad Judgement people.

A wallpaper is any form of picture you can use as the bg for your desktop

so? ive seen people with desktops of thier long lost dead cat, or some freakin car (same pose as the cruiser i might add)
anyways, ill probly get around making the other faction themed ones, i just didnt have access to darkspace so i couldnt make an ICC one like i wanted to =)
