Welcome all.
This new forum will be used for the new community events. These will be held weekly. The exact time you will be notified off in the contests thread.
Community Events
A small explaination on the community events. Community events are not game events. Community events are mostly contests such as screenshot contest, signutare contest and much more, held in this forum. Each event has his price for the top 3.
In the short events you'll get one week the time to enter your entry.These event will be the screenshot Contest and the Signature Contest. Naturally their prizes are nice, but not as impressive as the prizes for the other events.
In the other events, the long term events, you will have more time to compete (mostly 2 weeks). What they are and what is supposed to be happening will be told by then. Each times you will get instructions on what is suposed to be done. The biweekly events requier more effort to be created, therefor their prizes will be nicer.
If something isn't clear you can allways make a post with your question in this forum. An event judge will get to you as soon as possible.
Naturally you can only compete once in each event. So if you allready submitted a screenshot for example you can't submit a second one. However its allowed to change your submition till the deadline time by editting your post.
The deadline for each contest is saturday (after one week or two weeks depends on the event and the date will eb given) at 1pmCST / 6pmGMT / 7pmCET
The judges will stick their heads together on sunday, 24 hours after the deadline fore submitting and decide who is the winner.
We use a fair grading system. Also keep in mind, we do not only grade on the looks of it, we also grade on the content, originallity etc... So you wont win if you just got something pretty.
If you do not have the means to host something. Ask around or post about it in this forum.

You also noticed that we have been given a seperate forum for this. Also in this forum the rules of the RoC count. And there are no exceptions.
If you have questions or comments related to the events, you may post it in the forum. But besides of that please refrain of using this forum as a discussion forum. We got enough forums about them.
In a competition thread you are only allowed to submit your screenshot/signature/or wathever you want to compete with. Other comments will not be allowed and deleted with no notice. If you want to discuss the entries then do it in a seperate thread.
We also ask friendly to disable your signature in the competition threads to avoid confusion.
