I have a couple question.
1. When the game was hacked they hacked my Email account which i then lost and cannot recover it so how would i go about retrieving that new pw that was sent out of all the accounts?
2. I can't seem to get a reply from the support team, i have been sending emails from the "Submit Ticket" section and received no answer its been 2 weeks

1) No information was taken, so your email account could not have been hacked due to us. We reset passwords only as a precaution at the time.
2) We've received no emails, the only ticket we have from you is dated from 03/10/13 19:33:44. So no, it hasn't been two weeks.
Fabricating info in an aim to get your account seen to quicker doesn't do anything but add caution to whatever you request.
