The account i play on "Red Wolf" i believe its name is (its been months since i've gotten on)

Easiest way i can think of is give your friend a ring ask him to change the email attached to your account and then go in and change the password.

Add a Submit ticket and tell them your problem and with the old password you had and i think will get fixed

If you have the codes of the acound go to profile again edit profile chance the e mail submit the new one

The owner of the account hasn't been on for a pretty long time and i have no way of contacting her (sorry toook so long to reply)

we all lost some accounts by forgetting...
someone gave a hint to wirte them in notepad files but hey with a computercrash once/2 years you bound to lose some stoof. at least u still got this account:)

As already stated the staff cannot assist you because we do not handle account transfers.

We do not keep logs of passwords.
Look at it from our standpoint. How do we know you are who you say you are and that the account is under your ownership. Answer.... There is no way for us to know and I am sorry because of past incidents we cannot take people on their word anymore.
