Lately, all of my ships refuse to orbit most planets automatically.
The distances in the following example are based on my experiences with oceania in the MV:
When I'm far away from a planet and order my ship to orbit the planet, it will jump to the planet and just stop.
When I'm rather close ( below the minimum distance for the autopilot to jump towards the planet) it will move closer to the planet to ~700 - 400 gu and just stop. When I'm in the ~400 gu range but out of orbiting range, it just stops.
In those cases the interface still tells me (after the ship stopped) that my ship has the order to orbit the planet in the upper right of the screen.
When my ship is in orbiting range, it slows down normally and goes into orbit.
Anyone else out there who has made similar experiences?
I could write a ticket, but right now I'm more curious about if others have this problem too than I am on solving this problem
