hi,
I've had a problem when I try to make the connection to the server during the loading of objects. I have already installed the game twice but the error persists

Go to Darkspace Setup and put a tick in "Disable Shaders" and untick "Enable HDR" see if that helps..

Disabling Shaders disables HDR, even if it's ticked (HDR and Bloom require shaders to function).
Disabling Shaders and Shadows will sort your problem out.
