I just got finished with a match on the Cincinnati Brawl scenario map and the planet Valentine did not have a model, I could fly through the area it was supposed to be and not crash. I couldn't build on it since there was no surface to select spots on, and I couldn't take troops off it for the same reason. AI were able to build on it and I saw a few "AI ship was destroyed by Valentine!" messages but I couldn't interact with the planet in any way, though my ammo would get refilled if I flew near where it was supposed to be.

Valentine is eternally busted- the devs have looked into a few times and have not been able to find anything wrong. We are all doomed to forever recieve messages that Valentine has been invaded.

Would it be possible to remove it then put a new planet in it's place? Or would that make any difference?

I'll give that a try tonight.

Had a match on this map again last night and Valentine was still missing it's model, not sure if it didn't work or if you just haven't had time to try anything yet but I figured I'd say something just incase.

We cannot, as far as I remember, spawn planets anymore due to limitations in the scripting interface. I will enquire and give it a go tonight.

Is it possible this bug has something to do with the MV version of Valentine being bugged? It's listed as a Barren but has the model/texture of a Gas Giant and is unable to be built on. It can be captured and AI are able to drop troops on it, though players are unable to target anything on the surface.
