a few minutes ago i had left scenario after playing for awhile.i had got white a bit of pres but after i left the game it said ''failed to get game infromation!'' i was pretty ticked about this
any one know why?

My pres is currently stuck as well, I am still waiting for a resoulution.

In both of your cases I think you've been hit by the zero-member group bug... your associated with a group, but not a member of the group. Anyway, this would prevent you from gaining any prestige.
There is a fix for this in the next release..
