currently if i play in scenario i gain/lose prestige like normal.
but since 2-3 days if i try to play in metaverse i don't gain/lose any prestige at all, while building, in combat, ...
is this a bug or is there another reason why i don't see any my prestige change in the prestige counter (even after 30 min's of play for example)?

I'm gunna take a shot in the dark and say that you are in a rank restricted server. If you are in a rank restricted server, and you are a higher rank then the servers rank cap then you will not gain or loose any pres.
some parts of the Orion server are rank capt. These parts are what are formorly known as Ursa Minor and Rogans Rift.

ok i'll see if i was in a rank restricted area.
I knew they exist, but not what parts of MV are rank restricted.
But as a sidenote i'm currently va and i assume the rank restriction is capped at a higher rank then that?

Ursa Minor and Rogens are capped much lower than Vice Admiral. You will need to play in the un-capped areas of the Metaverse if you wish to increase your rank further.

Van Maanen, Wolf359, Ross 148, Polaris, Lumar, Struve, and Lacaille are all the rank capped areas.

i checked and played in van maanen.
so txs for the complete list of rank restricted areas.
just a question or suggestion:
is it possible to see in game if you are entering a rank restricted area?
if not it could be a good idea that a notification is shown (like e.g. under the time played ingame right top of the screen) while you are in a rank restricted area.
