Whenever I build solar generators on a planet in Rogen's Rift they display as not producing any power, and the planet shows all the signs of power shortage but the structures work normally if I watch the planet from outside the build menu. It'll show the interdictor circle, the sensor bases will be active, defenses will shoot at enemies, etc. Solar generators built by other people will display normally for me, and I've asked several other people to check the planets I've built solars on and they all say it displays normally for them.

Also if I relog or change accounts they will display as producing power for a few seconds when I look at a planet I've built them on, then display as not producing any power. I can spawn a ship from a planet with a SY and solars I've built, but I can't orbit and use the shipyard to change ships because of the bugged display showing it has no power. I'm also unable to build other structures that need any amount of tech on those planets because it shows tech shortage and worker shortage. This just started last week, before that it displayed fine.

Again, this display error only happens with planets that have solar generators I've built, only to me, and only with solars I've built since last week.

A couple screenshots for a visual reference.

This is of a planet I built the solar generators on myself, notice how they show as producing 0 power regardless of whether they have full sunlight or not.

And this is a planet someone else built. Notice the solars are displaying properly.

Power Shortages have no effect on planets.

They're in a ring like any other planet with solars. As I said they work properly, it just displays as not working for me and me only, other people see them working when they look at the planets.

that is varey odd. i have yet to come across something like that. i had a bug once where i made a wormhole to a enemy planet and it went 30k gu off. that was odd lol but i have yet to se this one. maybe it has to do with desync.

I thought of desynch at first until I noticed solar gens that other people have built still display normally, it's only ones I've built myself that show like this.

What distance from the sun is the planet in question?

It's not a distance issue, all these planets that are now displaying like that have previously had solar generators built on them and were either bombed, razed, or had to be rebuilt after someone else decided to play with them for build pres and left them a mess.

I'll say it again. It is not that the solar generators are not working, they work perfectly fine, anyone else can look at them and see the planet normally. It is only for me that they show like in the screenshot, and only for solar gens that I have built myself since last week. If someone else dismantles my solars and rebuilds them then I see the planets display normally for me.
