Diamond icons disappeared |

Yeah I got no diamond icons anymore for ships or planets. I did not press anything in the F2 display. I happened while I was trying to type in game to chat and I didn't press the enter key to start chat. So I somehow pressed a key combination that turned off the diamond icon for planets and ships... which leaves me with having to open up the F2 screen to choose my targets or using other means which will cost me precious time when I need to target something on the fly and start shooting...
HELP PLEASE

thank you... really though... I can't seem to find these little things in the manual... SOMEONE needs to go back and make changes to the thing
