I Hope You Can Help Me, The Problem Is When I On The Game I Up Mi prestige To 8876 And When I Come Out I Get 8389.4 The Same I Have At The Start I Playing About 3 Hours I Hope Can Fix This

You have to wait two minutes before the game server saves the prestige out to the database.

I see that your prestige is still about the same. Lets explore some other possibilities;
1 your prestige is still held up in the queue, it is quite unlikely however I have had rare instances where my prestige doesn't update until my next login.
One other possibility being Rank Locked servers, I doubt this happened since you seem to have been shown prestige in-game, but it's still good to stress if you are beyond the MAX RANK of a server you will not gain prestige.
Another possibility is that you may have died after logging out( your ship remains in-game for 2 minutes. ) Though I doubt you lost 500 prestige dying once, it is possible you oversighted your total gains for the day, and I'm just looking at possibilities, don't think that I am blaming you...
There should be absolutely no problem with gaining prestige, everyone's profile is treated as subscribed in-game, and I don't believe that any new bug is causing issues with the profile update queue.
Either way, the best idea for you is to test this out some more, spend a few minutes in-game gain some prestige then log out, wait 5 minutes and check your online profile; if the first possibility was the cause, then you get all you lost, if your profile has been bugged, you will gain nothing at all, and if you gain prestige but not what you lost this time, then it was a glitch and I don't think it will be retrievable.

This happens to me all the time, sitting on profile page for a min or 2 then hit refresh usually works.

8876 can look like 8376 too, which might be why you see 8389.

The Problem Is Fixed When I Enter The Game The Prestige I Have The Other Day After LEaving 8883 Is back And Then When I Left The Game I Get It On Mi Profile In The Web Too ^^ Thank For The Asistence ^^

This happened because he stayed until the server shutdown.. so it didn't have a chance to write his final prestige score to the DB..
