I know there are some here who will disagree with me but as a member of ICC, battling UGTO is a lot more enjoyable than the fights we have with the KLUTH. The one thing that would greatly raise the fun factor of Darkspace would be to remove cloaking from the game and make kluth armor and weapons equal to the human factions.

I think the dev team should be working towards making Darkspace as much fun to play as possible, removing cloak would be a step in the right direction.

good luck on that LOL. Your just preaching to a brick wall, there never gonna remove Kluth from the game. The next best thing would be to make MI the playable race and Kluth the AI faction. A few minor tweaks and MI would be a well balanced faction. Also its just much easyer to balanced 2 factions than it is with 3.

Have to admit that it is kinda sad that some ppl still can't counter Luth cloack.

It's ironic tho. I would be the first one to agree with you.

Just need to be able to Counteract it not get rid of it.

Either the ECCM needs a redo or the Cloack needs tweaking so that the ECCM actually keeps the Luth ships Sig up (during cloack) for longer.

No, actually nothing needs to be done to cloak at all. The timers are fine. The eccm effects are fine.

People need to relearn scouting.

Period. Stop asking devs to do a job you are all to lazy to do.

or for every pulse the ECCM animation dose it pings. This would only work for the "cool down" that you see when ECM or ECCM is on. This could be modified so that it works for about 3 pulses then it would auto shut off and you would have to wait for about a min. Limit the number of ECCM a ship can have to only 3 max and have scanners increase its ping range. So a basic ECCM alone would work for about 500gu, 1 scanner when its on would increase it to 1k and so on and so forth. This would help a TON when someone is alone and is fighting Kluth or at least trying to defend his planet alone. This is the kind of idea I would have if you were to make ECCM an actual anti cloak device. There cloak would still be around and would still work, it would only be minimized when someone is actually actively looking for a luth. If you are not looking for a luth or don't expect one they still can sneak up on you (and boy they have a few times).

Xtx and most of icc are incompetent. They dont know how to play. You guys need to switch to ugto for a week and need steve to teach you how to kill cloaked kluths without using ECCM by manual pinging..

Since you arent a good player , that doesnt give you rights to use nerf word or anything similar.
