Hi,
I have just received the free trial's coupon and I redeemed it but I have lost all my prestige. I was vice admiral this morning and I am now midshipman... but still I have all my medals/badges.
Is there any way to get it back? It would be a lot less interesting to begin again from scratch... Any help would really be appreciated.

Have you logged into the game ?
Pres. usualy returns to normal once you have logged in.
