Packet loss is outside of PaleStar's network. You'll need to talk to your ISP about their routing.
Also, 160ms is respectable considering you're connecting to the US.

Ah, alright then. (: Never-ye-mind this thread then.
By the way, MS didn't really bother me. Just the 20~50% package loss that renders it impossible to play DS. I'll try again in a few days and see if I can continue playing DS.
