Hello, I recently found out about this game from a friend and I'm very interested in playing it, at the moment I'm living in the USA but I will be moving to Romania in a few weeks. From what I understand, Romania is banned from this game and I was wondering if there is any way I could play from there. I dont know the whole story but i hope it's not bad enough too stop me from playing. Thank you for your time.

not from romania, no. we've had too many issues with people there in the past and as such we wont be removing that ban.

So I'd be able to play while I'm here in the USA but once I'm out in Romania, I would not be able to play... That's ashame... to know my IP works here but would not there... or would it? Would my IP work out in Romania after I started playing from the USA? Is there anything I can do to continue playing out there once I start?

I'm pretty sure it's just a ban on the romania IP subnet
as long as your IP in Romania isn't...Romania(?) you should be fine.

what kind of problems could result in a country wide ban from playing a game unless to much credit card fraud

I just want to know if only 1 IP can be unbaned,If an admit or someone qualified to answer this would take the time i would really appriciate it.

It would likely be a pain in the butt to do, but I don't really see a reason a single IP address couldn't be allowed through. You would need to get a static IP, and beg to the admins/devs, and be really really lucky. I think they should make some exceptions for players that are moving or whatever. But if they did it for one, they might have to do it for others, and that could cause problems.

The ban has been lifted for a trial period, during which Richard will be evaluating the situation to see we can lift the ban permanently.

there is a trick t play from banned countrys >_>.. use a proxy server in the USA 
but however sence its not needed anymore dont worry bout asking on how to do it, i dont even know how <_<
