Sometimes when i go through the newbie server too quickly ships that i use in previous scenarios end up back in my garage. why?

Define "go through". If you mean you log off, then wait 2 minutes and log on, yes any ships you had will still be there even if you join a different faction. They should be there untill the scenereo changes.
If you mean from one scenereo to the next and the ships are still there in your storage, well I hope its a good ship, its a freebie  Probably some odd bug.
Its realy no big dead, you can just remove them if there anoying you.

It's a bug, and most times it'll crash the server.
i've heard it's also an exploit, but don't take my word for it. Backy will come in and say something, don't worry.

yes i have gotten that glitch to well this is what happend the server dissconnected me and shutdown and restarted the newbie and when i went back on my ship i was useing was still there in my garage...i didnt think anyting of it till now but i didnt use the ship i restarted like i was supposed to and there probably needing to look in to this cause it does happen...
