My prestige has not been restored and i still cannot connect to lobby so that i may get into a server. My account was charged the subscription yet I still cannot even get into the lobby after downloading the full 143.
What am i supposed to do? Im basically paying for nothing because my account has been active for the past 9 days yet i cannot play a single game!! Someone that is of some useful help please reply!

Don't know if this helps but when I rejoined I downloaded the 1.481 install and upgraded once I got to the lobby. Never had a problem connecting to the lobby with the 481 installer.
As for the prestige issue, like others said, it automatically updates once you join a server.

I've downloaded every version there is to download is to download still i cant even log into the lobby without " Failed to connect to server; server may be down try agian later!!"
I need some assitance from an admin or Faustus himself!
I've been a member to DS for 4 year's now i deserve some better assistance then what I've been getting..
How do I get into lobby whats going on?

If you have a firewall, shut it down. It might be part of the problem.

All I can say is that it sounds like a firewall issue on your side... servers are up and running, no reason why you can't connect to the lobby unless your IP address has been banned for some reason... (which I will go check now).
If you still can't connect, then I'll refund your subscription..

Perhaps your going through a router with a Firewall built into it?

What kind of modem are you using? For example, lets say a DSL modem, some have built in firewalls..
edit: if you can, may you please answer fattierobs question when its possible to..
