I have been dropping troops to cap planets and my my prestige for capping planets stays the same. I have capped both neutral planets, and recapped planets and it will not go above 14.o prestige. Not sure if something else is required for it to be considered a cap. Thanks.

Been playing in the newbie server? Your a commander now, you can't gain any sort of prestige in there anymore.
