Erm, apparently, my last thread on this issue was in the wrong place, so now i must remake it after it got deleted.
Ok, well, there seem to be a lot of problems regarding the 5 million credit coupons. I don't know if I could have another one or have some sort of compensation, but I'm sure going to try, because I don't even want to try flying a dread with all basic equipment around.. Methinks other people should post their problems in this thread as well.
Well, my problem isn't that the coupon didn't get redeemed, because it did. The problem is, however, I didn't actually get any money for it. You know.. enter coupon number.. COUPON REDEEMED!.... nothing. I waited 2 days for it to update; nada. The money isn't in my profile nor is it in-game, and when i try to re-redeem my coupon, it simply says it has already been redeemed (because it has).

I got the same issue but my e-mail account wasn't validated... I switched from AOL to SBC DSL... and I am still n the process of changing everything over to that account... but I validated my e-mail with DS... and I never got my five million credits for DS...

Err.. Anubis, I fixed your credits, and I'm pretty sure I told you this in chat yesterday.. after you had a random disconnect, I think it was.
Or have you mysteriously come across another coupon and it, too, failed to work? Did you just not notice my fix, or is there something else going on?

Thanks for the fix, I see it now, but before I posted this thread, I double checked just to be sure, and then I posted this for a reason. Maybe it didn't update? Maybe I was stupid and used the back button to go back to my profile so i got old information? I dunno. Well, regardless, thanks for the money, and thanks for your time.

I had a very similar problem, redeemed the coupon OK, profile even reflected it, but about 5-10 minutes later it dropped back and I still have negative values in-game.
I found it even listed my last event as coupon redeemed... anything you can do for me admin?

Not really. I checked on cpt_majik's case and confirmed the bug - you've been given 5 million.
