Mine has taken around 8 hours so far, I hit resubmit once early on shortly after trying initially(2 hrs later or so), but don't want to make the problem worse or get dupilcates.
Y'all might want to change
"Please be patient, it may take as long as 5 minutes for you to receive your activation key.
"
to
"Please be patient, it may take as long as 24 hours for you to receive your activation key."

Still nothing. It would be great if there was a way to let me know if it got bounced, failed, etc...the email address I submitted is a gmail one. I don't think that would cause a problem? I can try a different one and then change it later perhaps.

Invalid UserID or password would most likely mean you've simply got a typo somewhere. Never heard of a validation email making someone unable to log in.

Validation email has more to do with subscribing & not having your account clensed if you don't login every 90 days. You can still login with the username & PW you use for the boards. Check for capitalization & all that.

Nothing at the resubmitted email, so I changed it back to the initial one and will leave it there. Just wanted to eliminate a single address as being an issue. Is there someone who could help me with this? After spending most of last night reading the DS manual from stem to stern, and the great story by Rocko Willis, I am rather itching to try out the game. I had played Freelancer for over a year a while back and Privateer 1 and 2 before that, but this seems to be more of a depth-having experience.
Any advice would be appreciated. Now. Please *GRIN*
