seems when we promote Casca to Admin status for Wolf, he keeps getting unexplainedly demoted. I have promoed 4 times, and so has DSpacian. Any answers? TY

Fixed and verified with Darkspacian. Let us know if the problem returns... probably just a temporary quirk.
